Delivery Information

We usually ship the product within 2 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within a week.

Shipping Time ships the goods within 2-3 days of purchase made. Details like shipment date and date of delivery can be tracked in MY ACCOUNT section. An email with the order details and the docket/ AWB number is sent to the customers once the goods are shipped from our warehouse. Also, any unforeseen issue or delay is informed via special update Email/ SMS/ Phone call.

Shipment Process dispatches all goods through a renowned courier partners chosen according to respective order or products sold on You can track your shipment status via MY ACCOUNT section in member login page.

Order Tracking

An email with your shipping and order information is sent to you after your goods have been shipped from our warehouse. You can then track your parcel’s progress via MY ACCOUNT section. Broken/ Damaged Parcel

All parcels shipped are wrapped with security tape which should be intact and visible. If you receive your parcel tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept it and immediately inform us via sending an email at [email protected] or call us at 022-6142 6666/6600  stating your refusal within 3 days of orders received.
